Reston Animal Hospital, PLLC was founded by Dr. Robert Miller, DVM in 1974 and has been providing the community with compassionate and thorough care ever since.
While Reston Animal Hospital, PLLC has been in business for over 30 years, our facility is up to date with the latest in veterinary technology. Our hospital has the equipment for a number of surgical procedures, dental cleanings and ultrasound evaluation.
In addition to various in-house tests we can perform at our facilities (such as fecal examinations and pre-surgical bloodwork), we also work directly with a number of veterinary laboratories for more in-depth testing, such as biopsies.
In addition to our three exam rooms and surgical suite, our hospital also has a grooming suite and large kennel to house your pets while you're on vacation or a business trip.
We care for both dogs and cats and provide kits for varying life stages. These kits include puppy, kitten, adult and senior information, as well as literature regarding dental disease, weight control, and endocrine disorders. We offer vaccination schedules, internal and external parasite control, heartworm prevention, spaying or neutering, grooming, bathing, boarding, dental care and nutrition.
We are a full-service clinic and offer in-house lab work, x-ray, ultrasound, dentals, and surgery.
Our equipment for anesthesia includes two gas machines and provisions for monitoring anesthesia with EKG, pulse oximetry, and blood pressure. A tonopen is available for testing ocular pressure.
Please note that all doctor hours, including exams, vaccinations, and surgical procedures, are available by appointment. *We are closed on major holidays
